The 9-day program is designed to cover the most relevant skills and knowledge for running foresight exercises as well as designing corporate foresight processes and systems. The program is structured along four modules:
- Methods and tools 1: Trends and Scenario Analysis
- Methods and tools 2: Delphi technique, roadmapping and IT tools for foresight
- Processes: How to link corporate foresight to innovation and strategic management, with a particular emphasis on how to support the renewal of your business model
- System design and implementation: How to build-up corporate foresight as an organizational ability
The existing team of EBS Executive Education and Horváth & Partner has been joint by Z-Punkt, the foresight company to extend and reinforce the tool and application part of the curriculum.
